The Pulsar PR496 Jacket is a high-performance, insulated waterproof jacket designed to deliver dependable protection, visibility, and comfort in harsh working conditions. Constructed from 2-layer recycled polyester waterproof fabric with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment, it provides effective defence against driving rain while supporting a more responsible material choice. The jacket is insulated for added warmth and styled with a classic bomber fit, offering comfort without restricting movement. Visibility is enhanced through sewn-on solid reflective tape, ensuring durability and long-term performance in demanding environments. A YKK® two-way centre front zip, protected by a double Velcro storm flap, helps block wind and rain, while a chin protector adds comfort when fully zipped. Storage is generous and practical, including a waterproof chest zip pocket, two large bellow side pockets with flaps, separate hand warmer pockets, an internal pocket, and a flip-out ID window for easy identification on site. The jacket features a removable, adjustable pack-away hood for adaptable weather protection, alongside a fleece-lined collar for added comfort. Velcro-adjustable cuffs with inner neoprene cuffs, combined with an elasticated hem and cuffs, complete the bomber-style fit while helping retain warmth. Certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3, EN 343:2019 Class 4:1, and RIS-3279-TOM, this jacket is suitable for rail, construction, and other high-risk outdoor applications.
