The Loxeal 18-10 Medium Pressure Thread Sealant 100ml is an anaerobic P.T.F.E. modified adhesive that is ideal for the sealing of pipe fittings and coarse thread joints. Suitable for gas, LPG, compressed air, gasoline and oil, industrial fluids, CFC, water and several chemicals. Low friction coefficient assures easy assembly. The thixotropic property prevents migration from thread of the sealant before or during curing. It replaces P.T.F.E. tape and yarn. Cured product provides elastic film. This thread sealant is both shock and vibration resistant; leaving sealing properties unaffected in the temperature range from -55 to 150°C.
