I rarely write reviews on products , but the outstanding service I recently received from your company motivated me to write one today. My daughter discovered your company during Covid from an Instagram Live a Canadian Celebrity hairstylist had your products featured on. For years my daughter who is biracial with beautiful Curly hair inherited from her father’s side of family had been using Pillowcases and bonnets from a very popular brand Kitsch. A little bit before Covid, I discovered that satin was not good so I started looking into silk and found a brand Slip on the Sephora website. I spent about $400 on 2 pillowcases and a turban that downs even fit my daughter’s big hair and within 2 years the pillowcases were coming apart well big waste of money. Fast forward , we purchased a bonnet and a pillowcase from you after that live , we used the code the stylist provided and I must say this is the best investment I have made for my daughter and I. It’s almost 5 years since we purchased your pillowcases and the bonnet , we follow the care instructions and I must say THANK YOU your Silk is the best. In March my nieces told me they saw the hairstylist on The social and they were showcasing your products, I was so happy but I was broke because I really wanted to support again and of course invest in my hair and skin because your pillowcases have helped me with my acne, believe it or not. In August I placed an order for a pillowcase and a hair scrunchie for my niece’s birthday . About an hour after placing my order, your customer service texted me about a discount code, soon as I mentioned the stylist and The social on CTV she told me There is an extra discount code and She was willing to send me an extra item for the discount portion. I have never ever received such service from any company before. I was saving for another hair bonnet for myself so I asked when is the sale over, the advisor told me until the current stock is sold out. Fast forward, I told the advisor I didn’t have enough for the bonnet at the moment but in December I will be getting my bonuses and will place my order hopefully there’ll be some items left. She asked me my favourite bonnet colour and the item I wanted to get for the extra discount which was about $40. I asked her if I can use it on my next order for the bonnet, she said yes. So tell me why did I get my pillowcase, 1 extra scrunchie, THE BONNET, an Eyemask and a product applicator bottle all for free. About $150 worth of products for free. I honestly thought they made a mistake but Nooooooooo. I called all my friends and family to talk about your company and your amazing products. Such an amazing Canadian company to support. I will definitely pay this forward and can’t wait to order more from you for Christmas Gifts. I’m a Feykare customer for life now.
