Beer Enhancer 3 is a blend of a high percentage of Light Dried Malt Extract (DME) and a lower percentage of both dextrose and maltodextrin.Beer Enhancer 3 is simple to use. Just follow the instructions provided on your beer kit substituting Beer Enhancer 3 where sugar is used in the original recipe. For simplicity, it is better to add the enhancer to the fermenter at the same time as the beer kit ingredients are being added and before the addition of any hot or cold water.
