Description Production Release, Special Introductory Pricing After the huge success of the 2025 Anniversary Vertex in brass, we moved to finishing the first production run of the Brass Vertex. We’re wrapping up the final pieces, and it’s time to launch our latest premium production fountain pen. The Brass Vertex is something truly special, a pen we honestly never planned on releasing. When we sat down to design a clipless fountain pen prioritized for pocket carry, machining it out of solid brass was the last thing on our minds. Surely it would be too heavy. Too unwieldy to write with comfortably. Our assumptions were WAY off the mark. Not only is the Brass Vertex comfortable, it’s one of the most balanced, ergonomic heavy pens we’ve released ourselves or had the opportunity of testing. It’s a game changer for sure. The Brass Vertex is our Vertex pocket pen with snap-cap and sleek vintage inspired design fully-machined from raw brass rod. Like all of our brass pens, we use full rod stock rather than brass tube or forming/molding brass. This results in pens that are more substantial, sand and polish better, and patina at a uniform rate. The body, cap, and grip are all machined in-house from C360 brass rod to ensure a uniform appearance along with the quality expected in a true brass pen. All parts are meticulously inspected BEFORE we sand and polish each pen, ensuring the final product is blemish free. Final assembly is done when you customize your choice of nib, after which we wipe the pen one final time with a polishing cloth before sealing it in a plastic bag so it arrives with the brilliance only brass brings to the table.
