This fabricated Packout base for the Polaris Xpedition installs with zero modifications, replacing factory M6 Torx bolts with longer M6x100mm hardware and 2.75″ spacers while retaining factory D-rings. Designed to clear bed mat protectors, it supports full or compact Packout box configurations and includes mounting holes for a Go Rhino off-road hydraulic pump jack. Fabricated to order; allow 2 weeks for raw finish or 4 weeks for powder-coated units. 1/8″ thick aluminum, fabricated to order. Allow 2 weeks for raw, 4 weeks for powdercoated.
