We operate a strict policy of setting up every instrument in our workshop to exact standards and specifications regardless of whether it is an entry level or an advancing instrument. The bridge and top nut is correctly cut and the soundpost correctly positioned. The pegs, fingerboard, case and bow (where applicable) are checked. Instruments are shipped with the bridges up.
